Johnson Service Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 01 December 2015, Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, sold 28,689 Johnson Service Group plc ordinary shares at a price of 88 pence per Share. On the same day her spouse, Ronald Monaghan, sold 171,311 Johnson Service Group plc ordinary shares also at a price of 88 pence per Share

Following this transaction, Yvonne Monaghan's beneficial holding in the Company is 564,086 ordinary shares representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
