Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus received notice on 4 September 2012 that on 4 September 2012, Jill Buch, the wife of Neville Buch, sold 153,333 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 175p per share to Neville Buch. Following the sale Neville Buch's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 8,867,046 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.32% of the total voting rights of the Company.
