Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 September 2013, it received notification that on the same date, the SIPP of Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.74% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 26.0p per share. The sale was required to fulfill a personal financial commitment.

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is beneficially interested in 3,306,880 Ordinary shares, representing 5.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
