Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Kellan Group PLC (AIM: KLN.L), a leading hospitality, leisure, IT and accountancy and professional services recruitment group, has been informed that Mr John Bowmer, non-Executive Co-Chairman, has today purchased 900,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 15.55p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bowmer's resultant total beneficial interest of 10,702,251 Ordinary Shares represents approximately 12.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Furthermore, the Board was informed that Mr Tony Reeves, non-Executive Co-Chairman, has today purchased 900,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 15.55p per share, resulting in a total beneficial interest of 10,702,251 Ordinary Shares, which figure represents approximately 12.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
