SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") has been notified that Simon Rogers, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 2 pence per share on 10 July 2009. Following this acquisition, Mr. Rogers is interested in 16,983,900 ordinary shares, representing 17.36 per cent. of the issued share capital.
