The Company was notified today by Andrew Tinkler, a Director of the Company, that he entered into a new personal loan facility on 26 October 2009. Under that facility he provided security to the finance provider, inter alia, over 7,300,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company. His total beneficial holding of 30,479,759 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 12.15% of its issued capital, remains unchanged.

The Company was also notified today by William Stobart, a Director of the Company, that he entered into a new personal loan facility on 26 October 2009. Under that facility he provided security to the finance provider, inter alia, over 2,700,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company. His total beneficial holding of 11,090,599 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.42% of its issued capital, remains unchanged.
