Grant of options under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme
On 14 June 2012 3,284 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to each of Michael Spencer, Brigitte Trafford and Seth Johnson under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £2.74.
The exercise period for this award will commence on 1 August 2015 and will last for a period of six months to 31 January 2016.
