Director's Dealing
The Company has been notified that, on 31 October 2011, Mrs. Gillian Haynes, the wife of Mr. Michael Haynes (Group Sales & Marketing Director) sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 445 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Haynes has an interest in 41,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.40% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital excluding shares held in treasury.
