ATA Group PLC08 May 2008 ATA Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding On 7 May 2008, the Board awarded Andrew Pendlebury and Andrew Bailey, bothdirectors of the Company, options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 39p. Andrew Pendlebury was awardedoptions over 118,304 Ordinary Shares, of which 51,282 were granted under an EMIScheme ("EMI Options") and 67,022 were unapproved options.
