Christie Group PLC16 January 2008 16 January 2008 Christie Group plc ('the Company') Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company was notified today that Mr Chris Day, a Director of Christie Groupplc, acquired 5,000 shares in the Company at 134p on 15 January 2008 and afurther 5,000 shares in the Company at 131p today. Mr Day also exercised 28,879options yesterday under the Christie Group plc Save As You Earn Scheme at theoption price of 45.5p. Following these transactions Mr Day's holding has increased to 581,068 ordinaryshares in Christie Group plc, representing approximately 2.30 per cent of thetotal voting rights of the Company. The number of options outstanding by Mr Dayunder the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme decreased to 11,349.
