Announcement to the London Stock Exchange

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.

On 23 May 2013, an award over a total of 85,287 ordinary shares in the Company was made to Adrian Guttridge, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") of the Company. The award is expected to vest in two tranches: 50 per cent on 3 December 2013 and 50 per cent on 3 December 2014, conditional in each case on Adrian Guttridge's continued employment with the Company on each of the above dates.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. The award will be satisfied using shares purchased in the market rather than issued shares.

The Company was informed of the above transaction on 24 May 2013.
