The Company has been informed that Mr Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer, and Sir Adrian Blennerhassett, Chairman, have today purchased 1,500,000 and 580,000 ordinary 0.1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at prices of 0.415 and 0.42 pence per share.

Following the purchases, Mr. Lofgran and Sir Adrian are now interested in 79,000,000 and 6,080,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 4.90 per cent. and 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
