Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM.L), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, was yesterday notified that John McCormick, Senior Non-Executive Director, sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 13 pence per share on Friday 7 November 2014. Following this sale, Mr McCormick retains a beneficial holding in 9,076,756 ordinary shares representing 3.45 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
