Warner Estate Holdings PLC10 July 2006 Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company") PDMR's Shareholding Mr D J Lanchester, a PDMR and Company Secretary of the Company has notified theCompany that he has exercised share options over 1,128 Ordinary shares of 5p inthe Company on 7 July 2006 at an option price of 319p. The option was granted on17 July 2002 and has been exercisable since 17 July 2005, the performancecriteria attached to the grant having been met in full. Following the exercise, Mr Lanchester holds 9,182 Ordinary shares of 5p in theCompany, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital.
