Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 18th December 2008 that J.A.Cropper (Chairman) has pledged 80,180 shares of his beneficial holding of 467,337 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to Barclays Nominees as security for bank loans and overdrafts for his family business. The 80,180 shares represent 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
