Directors' notification
Total Produce plc announces that it has been notified today, 13th March 2012 by the Total Produce plc Employee Benefit Trust that they have purchased a total number of 1,147,062 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the company at a price of €0.4787 per share, as Trustee of the Total Produce plc Short Term Incentive Plan Stretch Award Scheme ("STIP Stretch Award Scheme").
The ordinary shares are held by the Trust on behalf of the Directors, as listed below, and cannot normally be disposed of for a period of at least five years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme.
