Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Directors or PDMRs and their connected persons in 25 pence ordinary shares. On 22 August 2011, Jane Moss, a connected person to Andrew Moss, a director of Umeco plc, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in Umeco plc at a price of 315 pence per share.
