Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, today sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.88 pence per share; this sale represents the balance of the 300,000 shares which, as announced on 5 February, Mr Parsons intended to sell to cover the taxation liability associated with a recent bonus award of shares and completes this process. As a result of this sale, Mr Parsons is now interested in 638,757 ordinary shares, representing 0.20% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
