Person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) shareholding
On 18 December 2013, the Company was notified that Mark Beeston, a PDMR, had exercised 3,125 options under the 2010 Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of £2.88 per share and had sold all of the shares at a sale price of £4.261 per share.
Following this transaction, Mark Beeston has no interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
