Director/PDMR Shareholding

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C., ('the Company") received notification on 13 July 2010 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Ordinary Shares") by Eddie Bell, a director of the Company.

On 12 May 2010 Mr Bell transferred for nil consideration his entire holding of 1,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, June Bell. The shares are registered in the name Rock Nominees Limited and the transaction took place in London. Following this transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr Bell in the ordinary share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 1,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
