Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director of the Company, has today exercised 200,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.14% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 12.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in March 2003 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.

Iain Wallace has also today sold the 200,000 shares at 21.0 pence per ordinary share.

In a separate transaction, Iain Wallace has also purchased 26,000 shares at 22.9 pence per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, Iain Wallace's holding in the company is 134,115 shares representing approximately 0.09% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
