Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that Matthew Tack, Finance Director, bought on 29th and 30th September 2008 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of 140.75p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 34,852 shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital.
