Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified that yesterday Andrew Moss, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at 20 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Moss has a notifiable beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
