("Quindell" or the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that Tim Scurry, Group Chief Executive Officer - Digital Solutions Division, and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence on 29 October 2014 at a price of £1.4082 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Scurry is interested in a total of 1,401,563 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.32% of the total issued share capital, comprising 488,301 Ordinary Shares in the Company together with 913,262 shares to be issued by the Company in connection with its acquisition of iter8 Inc on 18 April 2013.
