China Private Equity Investments Holdings Limited announces that, on 21 December 2012, John Croft, Chief Executive, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of USD0.075 per share. These Ordinary Shares were purchased through Mr Croft's Self Invested Personal Pension. Following the transaction, Mr Croft is interested in 254,590 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
