Ashmore has today received notification that on 3rd July 2013 Mr Charles Outhwaite, a non-executive director, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares (0.006%) of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 325.91 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Outhwaite's interest in the share capital of Ashmore is 40,000 shares (0.006 per cent of the issued capital).
