The Company was informed today that on 22 and 23 March 2012 Tom Kirby, Chairman of Games Workshop, acquired 185,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 534.57 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Kirby and his wife, has therefore increased to 2,123,394 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.7 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
