Notification of transactions by person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and connected persons

It was announced on 19 July 2011 that admission of 15 million new 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each ("new preference shares") had become effective and that such preference shares had been issued.

REA announces that it has today received notification from Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that 70,000 new preference shares have been allotted in London pursuant to an agreement dated 24 June 2011, such agreement becoming unconditional on 19 July 2011, to Mrs J E Landon, a person connected with Mr Landon.
