Avon Rubber PLC28 April 2006 AVON RUBBER p.l.c. On 13 April 2006, 22,370 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company weretransferred by Avon Rubber Quest Limited, as Trustee of the Avon Rubber Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust, to satisfy options exercised by anemployee under the Company's Sharesave Option Scheme 1992. As a result of thetransfer, the Executive Directors listed below, who are beneficiaries of theTrust, technically ceased to have an interest in the 22,370 ordinary sharesof £1 each of the Company.
