Directors' Shareholding

The Board of All Leisure Group plc has been informed that Mr Philip Ovenden, a non-executive director, transferred 23,529 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 85 pence per share on 4 March 2009. There is, therefore, no change to his beneficial holding which remains at 3,065,051 Ordinary Shares representing 4.96 per cent. of the issued share capital of the company.
