On 6 September Mr Sean O'Hara, who has been designated by the Board of the Directors of the Company as a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 3,216 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company for a consideration of £3.58 per share.

After this sale, Mr O'Hara holds no shares in the Company. The Company was informed by Mr O'Hara of this dealing in shares on 6 September 2011.
