The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he acquired 1,786 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 February 2016 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £4.5733 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 241,625 ordinary shares in the Company.
