ATA Group PLC09 October 2007 ATA Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding On 2 October 2007, the Board awarded Andrew Pendlebury and Andrew Bailey, bothdirectors of the Company, options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 51.5p. Andrew Pendlebury was awardedoptions over 328,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 194,175 were granted under an EMIScheme ("EMI Options") and 133,825 were unapproved options, and Andrew Baileywas awarded options over 64,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 51,942 were EMIOptions and 12,058 were unapproved options.
