Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Simon Webb, the Group Finance Director of the Company, bought 8,250 shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") and his wife Victoria Webb bought 5,750 Shares, all on 27 November 2013, at a price of 289.6 pence per Share. Following the above transaction, Simon Webb and his connected persons hold 24,000 Shares representing 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company.
