IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")

The Company announces that it was notified on 06 January 2020 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:
