Charles Taylor Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust

The Codan Trust Company Limited, the trustee of the Charles Taylor Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust ("the Trust"), has made the following purchase of ordinary shares in Charles Taylor Consulting plc.

Messrs: JSM Rowe, JS Matthews, AJ Groom, JG Roach III, RTC Wong, JS McKay. GW Fitzsioms, TD Ely and A Brannon ("the executive directors") are included as potential beneficiaries under the Trust. The Trust is a discretionary trust for the benefit of such employees (including the executive directors) of Charles Taylor Consulting plc and its subsidiaries as the trustee may decide to benefit. The executive directors notified Charles Taylor Consulting plc on that date of their technical interest in the shares purchased by the Trust.
