Director shareholding
On 20 April 2011 Gresham House was informed that the SIPP of Tony Ebel, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that date at a price of 329.50p. Mr Ebel now has a beneficial interest in 24,550 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.46 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
