The Company was informed on 19 August 2014 that 311 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company were acquired for the benefit of Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, on 27 May 2014 under a dividend reinvestment plan. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £10.66 per share.
Roger Mountford now has an interest in 14,758 Ordinary shares representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
