Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 20 April 2015 Non-Executive Director George Materna transferred 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') to his Family Trust.

Mr Materna's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,837,405 Shares, representing 25.78% of the Company's issued Share capital.
