Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mr Mark Rowse, Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday transferred his entire holding of 273,277 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 3.25% of the issued share capital, from his own name into his pension fund. Following this transaction, Mr Rowse's interest in the Company remains unchanged.
