Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Tarsus announces that it was notified on 16 September 2014 that Dan O'Brien, Group Finance Director, transferred 59,436 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company on 16 September 2014 to his wife, Tracy O'Brien, for nil consideration.

Dan O'Brien's beneficial interest in Shares of the Company remains unchanged at 67,436 Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
