Armour Group plc has today been notified that on 5 August 2011, Mr George Dexter, CEO of the Company, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr Dexter holds a total of 1,854,736 ordinary shares representing 1.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
