DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

Mr Trevor Ambridge holds shares in Advent through Investeast Properties Limited, a company which he wholly owns (as previously announced.) The Company has today been notified that Mr Ambridge has settled the shares he holds in Investeast Properties Limited on a trust of which he is a beneficiary but not a trustee. His interest in the issued share capital of the Company remains the same as follows:

Mr Ambridge also has a direct interest in 1,548 Advent shares as a result of his participation in the Advent Share Incentive Plan.
