Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that William Dewsall, Chief Executive Officer of Gable, today bought 31,500 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction William Dewsall holds 24,489,467 Ordinary Shares, which represents 18.4 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
