WH Ireland has received notification that on 23 July 2010 Rupert Lowe, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39 pence each. Following this purchase, Rupert Lowe is interested in 737,356 Ordinary Shares representing 3.50 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding those shares held in treasury).
