Director/PDMR Shareholding

Moss Bros was notified today of the following transactions by Zoe Morgan, a director of the Company, and her connected persons, on 22nd September 2014:

Zoe Morgan purchased 2,649 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 93.45 pence per Ordinary Share, and a further 10,100 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.47 pence per Ordinary Share.

Jim Morgan, husband of Zoe Morgan and as such a connected person, purchased 3,180 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.47 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of these transactions Zoe Morgan, and persons connected, has an interest in 63,704 Ordinary Shares.
