The Company received notification today that on 21 June 2010, the Finance Director, Mr Nishith Malde's pension plan purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 18.95p per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Nishith Malde is interested in 10,475,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.72% of its issued share capital.
