Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs

Messrs. P C T Warner, P W Collins and M J Stevens, Directors of the Company, received 240 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 103.7p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Messrs. P C T Warner, P W Collins and M J Stevens purchased 120 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 120 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. The shares purchased were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the award.  The shares received represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Directors' total interests under the AESOP are as follows:-

The Directors' other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.

Messrs R Game and S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each received 242 Ordinary shares, Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, M D Ovens, J Peacock and V B Vaghela, also PDMRs of the Company, each received 240 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 103.7p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Messrs R Game and S Wigzell purchased 121 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 121 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, M D Ovens, J Peacock and V B Vaghela purchased 120 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 120 shares each were awarded by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares purchased were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the award.  The shares received represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The PDMRs' other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.
