Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that on 13 October 2008, Christian Schaffalitzky purchased of 1,939,643 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.04 p per share. Following this acquisition, Christian Schaffalitzky is interested in 4,956,783 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.5% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, on the same date, Gary Fitzgerald purchased of 1,454,732 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.04 p per share. Following this acquisition, Gary Fitzgerald is interested in 2,881,301 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
