Directors' Dealings

Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 14 October 2014 that earlier that day Julie Spooner, spouse of Chris Spooner, the Chief Executive Officer, acquired 238,430 ordinary shares in Sinclair. The purchases were made at an average price of 26.25p per share. Following this purchase Chris Spooner has a beneficial interest in 8,989,164 ordinary shares representing 1.81% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital. 

Sinclair was also informed on 14 October 2014 that earlier that day Christophe Foucher, the Chief Operating Officer, acquired 35,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 24.25p per share. Following this purchase Christophe Foucher has a beneficial interest in 191,200 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
